Detectives Goren (Vincent D’Onofrio) and Eames (Kathryn Erbe) aren’t convinced it’s that easy and re-question the mother, who was originally accused of the crime, as well as her informative, best-selling author neighbor, Nate Royce (Guest Star Bill Irwin).
