My Way of Life

Well the Handbag crew was certainly abuzz over the tragic death of Heath Ledger. Of course it’s so sad. Any death like this is sad. So many people out there have substance abuse problems, and the fact that Heath isn’t a media whore with a spray on tan helped him hide his problems a bit better then others. It doesn’t matter if your Anna Nicole Smith or Heath Ledger, addiction is a cunning, patient killer.
I couldn’t help but think oh this bizarre trio of deaths. Heath Ledger, Suzanne Pleshette and Allan Melville?

From what’s been said so far (at least what I’ve seen), I couldn’t tell whether he was really “addicted,” if it was an accident, or if he just overdosed deliberately. Many people take Ambien with legitimate prescriptions for sleeping problems, which he’d had for a while…maybe it was more to do with depression than an addiction?
Well, for many addicts, depression is a major reason for the addiction. But yes, you could be right.
“depression is a major reason for the addiction”
Uh oh–I’m not even going to take Flintstones Vitamins anymore!
I just have to wonder how that zany Marcia Wallace is handling all of this?
