My Way of Life

The weekend was jam-packed with all things theater- particularly Die! Mommie, Die!. The set is looking lovely thanks in part to Modlife, and angel of mercy who is lending us some oh so perfect 60’s pieces. Combined with Rob Peck’s design and Cheryl and Peter’s painting things look very chic. Things are going well. We hit a few speed bumps yesterday with tech things,  but it’s nothing catastrophic. The costumes and wigs are pretty damned amazing thanks to John Nasca, Robert Hilliard and Cara Remington and we’re all working our asses off. I managed to catch A Man of No Importance at the Bailiwick Saturday night and it was really a lovely show. Beautifully sung and unabashedly sentimental with a wonderful cast. Handbaguette Adrienne Smith is lovely in it, and our pals Rus Rainear and Ryan Lanning shine.
