I have been remiss in posting just because well, there’s so much going on. Die Mommie, Die is going well , but I always want more. I guess it’s the addict in me. The Birds spoiled me! I truly love playing Angela Arden and it’s great being a lead but I love being a supporting player just as much. I’m currently in the Summer Camp and Handbag benefit planning stages as well. The ensemble has a meeting this Saturday to discuss this. With the good comes the very sad. My friend, and ensemble member Aaron Smith’s mother, Josephine Ladd lost her battle with cancer this past weekend. Aaron is also in The Joans, but he visited his mom quite often and it was sad that such a wonderful woman was taken from us. I met Aarons mom and she was full of life and humor- which is obviously where Aaron got his biting wit from. She was fighter too- she had previously battled cancer. Aaron, you’re in all of our thoughts and prayers.
