Brigitte sent me a link to the top ten State Fair food and if you ever wondered why the US is the fattest nation on the world, then wonder no more. These delicacies range from interesting to stomach churning. It’s just never enough with us, is it? Above, you see a butter bust of the Minnesota State Fair queens. That’s what they do when you win. My friend Nick, who hails form Minnesota says they save the head for next year and melt it down and have a corn eating party. Yes, a corn eating party. I couldn’t make that up. Oh, and then they sacrifice the Fair Princess to the Corn Gods to ensure a good crop.
