I am now a Poseidonite! We drove all the way into the big city from the country to see the play and WOW!, did we bumpkins have a blast! It’s the most fun we’ve had since the greased pig chase at the county fair last year. The costumes were wonderful. I swear I wore a magenta jumpsuit just like David’s to last week’s Grange meeting. The characterizations were totally on target, beautifully performed by a talented cast. The music was as peppy and toe-tapping as any square dance at the VFW. The set was amazing and we especially loved when the cast lay on the floor waving their arms to simulate water. I swear their arms must’ve been as tired as ours after a long day of corn detasselling. All in all we had a wonderful time and we highly recommend this play. I especially enjoyed the performance of the young man who played ‘Robin’. What an amazing talent he is! Such a fine young man.
