Auditions for Rudolph the Red Hosed Reindeer

Hell in a Handbag Productions is holding auditions for the return of our holiday staple Rudolph the Red Hosed Reindeer and we are looking for fearless actors. Rehearsals start October 19 and generally run Mon- Thurs evenings, and Saturday afternoon. The show runs- Dec. 3-Jan 2., Thurs-Sat. at 7:30pm. No shows on Dec. 24. 25, 31
Actors should have strong comic timing, camp sensiblity and sing and move well.
Roles Available:
Rudolph- Male 20’s- young looking, who can sing and dance
Herbie- (20-30) nerdy elf that wants to be a dentist who can sing and dance
Clarice- (20’s) sweet romamtic interest with punk rock leanings
Male Elves- (20-30), confident, inshape who can sing and dance.
Female Elf (20-50) butch with a belter voice.
There is a stipend.

When: Thursday October 15 7:00-9:30, Call backs Oct. 17, 12-4
Where: North Shore Baptist Church, 5244 N. Lakewood , appointment required

Please come prepared with a 1-2 min comic monologue and 16 bars of a song that can showcase your range (will be sung A CAPELLA). Please bring a headshot and resume. For consideration, e-mail your headshot, resume and questions to David Cerda at info@handbagproductions.org
