Hell in a Handbag productions seeking two actors for “Pussy on the House” by Ryan Landry directed by Matthew Gunnels.  The play is a campy, yet tender parody of Tennessee Williams’ “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof”.  Both are drag roles. Rehearsals begin mid-August.   Production opens mid-September.  There is pay.  Seeking:

MAGGIE – (Male, 20-30 years old)  A side will be provided in advance. Will also cold-read from the script.  Young, vibrant, sexually-frustrated Southern Belle, played by Liz Taylor in the film.

BIG MAMA – (Male, large, 35-50) A side will be provided in advance. Will also cold-read from the script.  Butch Southern lesbian dying of Cancer.  Loves her step-son Brick.
